Imagine ...

Dear friends

We have powerful minds but for the most we spend our time in astral dream thoughts like fear and worry, these do not create an atmosphere conducive to learning and growing, rather it constricts us like a box.

Better we meditate on positive thoughts of light and love.  Some may think we are dreamers but it is still better to imagine positive thoughts of light than heavy thoughts of darkness.

I hope when you read this article you will feel positive I know that I do in writing it.  But are these all my words, or again – like footsteps in the sand? Have they the same thoughts of others been transpired here?

We need to take the time to ask those big questions like ‘who am I?’

So what little steps can we take together to help ourselves, the world and those in it?

Positive thoughts are the first step of the journey, but not an easy step.
Look at your own thoughts for a minute have they transpired into action through the second step of speech?

Have you said even one positive word today and really meant it?

We live in an energetic universe.
When we see someone for the first time we need to look them in the eye and if we say, “Good morning!” then we need to really mean it in a positive way.
See the difference YOU can make?  If you manage to get a smile from someone then you have really done something positive. See if you can get a smile if you do you have temporarily raised them from the astral world of dreams and back into the now.

When are we dreaming and when are we truly alive?

Can you tell the real from the unreal?

If we cannot then we are slaves to this world and in reality we do not ‘know’ what this world is or who we are.

Look at your wife, husband, brother, sister, friend or stranger see them as a ONE with the universe. We are all one part of the same family – human.

Our first positive steps are to think positive thoughts and speak them with real meaning and power because WE are powerful.

Much love to you all - Paul

WE are powerful!

Dear friends

Are you feed up with the powers that seem to rule this world? Are you afraid for yourself or for your children?

Do you sometimes feel alone and small? and yet ... you are powerful!

No it is more than that: WE are powerful!

The government’s and powers that be seem more interested in looking after themselves than others. We do not need to look too far to see how they award themselves massive pay increases and privileges while cutting the benefits of the poor. Perhaps if world governments were run by retired teachers, doctors, nurses and firefighters etc. but not paid for their time rather it was voluntary because they wanted to help others – perhaps then we might see real changes. Perhaps if these governments interviewed for these important posts to ensure they had the relevant skills needed and had true representation from the people with a positive media that supported all that is good instead of currently pushing negativity and war? I am not saying not to represent this BUT it is obvious to most that the media is biased towards bad news – WHY?

We hear of austerity measures and constant cut backs that increase fears of unemployment and loss of wealth and not just physical wealth here.

So what can we do in a world that we have made mad - if anything?

Perhaps a small illustration, I am sure you know that the journey of a thousand miles begins with one step, but did you know that journey has already been made and you will not be travelling alone. Like footsteps in the sand if you look carefully you can find your way from someone that has travelled before you.

On the path of life there is always someone behind you but also in front of you lending you a hand (sometimes invisible). Why not write positive letters to your newspapers, TV, media and to your governments remind peacefully through the power of the pen, keyboard or mouth of their obligation to change this world for the better and PLAY THEIR PART? Send out “acts of random kindness” to all. :-)

Much love to you all -

Paul

The Climb...

If faced with a mountain don't look up, don't look down, simply keep climbing - you will eventually reach the top. From that great height you can appreciate the beauty of all around you and the sense of achievement hard work brings.

When at the top hold out your hand of help to those below you but do not forget to look above to the hand which is outstretched to you, for there are as many mountains to climb as there are goals we may aspire to achieve...
